Do your deck boxes fit double‑sleeved Commander decks?

Yes. Our Commander deck boxes are designed to fit 100+ double‑sleeved standard‑size cards, depending on sleeve brand and thickness. We design and test for real gameplay, not just theoretical measurements.

What card games are your deck boxes compatible with?

Our deck boxes work with most standard‑size trading cards, including Magic: The Gathering (Commander/EDH), Pokémon, Lorcana, One Piece, and similar TCGs using standard sleeves.

Do all deck boxes include dice or token storage?

Not all designs include dice storage. Some models focus on compact travel, while others include dedicated dice, token, or counter compartments. Each product listing clearly states what’s included.

What materials do you use?

We primarily use high‑quality PLA and PLA+ filaments, selected for durability, surface finish, and detail clarity. Material choice varies by product to best match its function and design.

Are your products durable?

Yes. Our products are made for real use, not just display. While 3D‑printed items are not indestructible, they are designed to handle normal tabletop, desk, and everyday use.

Are your products mass‑produced?

No. All items are printed, assembled, and inspected individually. We do not dropship or resell factory‑made items.

📸 Photos, Accuracy & Transparency

Are the product photos real?

Yes. All photos show real, physical prints, not renders or AI mockups. What you see is what you receive, with minor natural variations expected from high‑quality 3D printing. Unless the description mentions that it is using renders.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Your item will match the photos in design, scale, and finish, though slight variations in color tone or layer texture may occur due to the nature of 3D printing.

🔥 Care, Safety & Longevity

Are 3D‑printed products safe for cards and collectibles?

Yes. Our products are safe for sleeved cards and everyday use. We recommend sleeving valuable cards, as most players already do.

Can I leave my product in a hot car?

We do not recommend prolonged exposure to high heat or direct sunlight. PLA‑based materials can soften under extreme temperatures, just like many plastics.

How should I clean my product?

Use a soft, dry or lightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive scrubbing.

🛠 Licensing, Designs & STLFlix Products

Do you sell licensed designs?

Yes. Some products are produced from commercially licensed designs, including select models originally created by Sneaky Panda, Little Ghost, thatcaddad, FiliFuu, PA1, Galactic Armory, and STLFlix artists, we only sell designs we are legally authorized to produce and sell.

If is not in your catalog but is one of those desgins, can we order it from you?

Yes, if you see a product you like from one of our commercial owned licenses, send us a message and we will be able to print it and ship it for you under as a "custom order" also you can check our Etsy store to see if the item is listed there.

Are your items made to order?

Yes, all items are made to order.

Do you offer custom colors or modifications?

Some products can be customized. If customization is available, it will be noted in the listing. For special requests, feel free to contact us before ordering.

Where are you based?

3Dfy is a Texas‑based studio, and all products are produced in the United States.

How long does production take?

Production times vary by product and order volume. Estimated processing times are shown at checkout.

What if I have an issue with my order?

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we’ll make it right. Customer satisfaction matters to us.

Do you also sell on Etsy?
