At 3Dfy, LLC, all products are made using 3D printing and are produced specifically for each order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please read the policy below carefully before placing an order.
No Returns Accepted
Due to the custom and made‑to‑order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect orders, or minor cosmetic variations inherent to 3D printing.
Damaged or DOA (Dead on Arrival) Items
Refunds or replacements may be considered only in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective (DOA).
To be eligible for review:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- You must provide clear photos of the item, including:
- The damaged product
- The shipping box
- Packing materials
- The product must not have been altered, repaired, or used
Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim.
Shipping Claims (USPS)
All eligible refunds or replacements for damaged items require a shipping damage claim to be submitted with USPS.
- Claims are subject to USPS review and approval
- Processing times may vary and can take additional time
- Refunds or replacements will only be issued after the USPS claim is resolved
Do Not Discard Packaging
⚠️ Do NOT discard any items, including:
- The damaged product
- Original packaging
- Packing materials
USPS may require inspection of these materials as part of the claim process. Discarding any part of the shipment may void eligibility for a refund or replacement.
Color & Finish Disclaimer
Because our products are 3D printed, slight variations in color, texture, or surface finish are normal and do not qualify as defects.
