All products sold by 3Dfy, LLC are 3D printed and made to order.

  • Production Time:
    Orders typically require 5–7 business days to be printed, assembled, and prepared for shipment.

  • Production times may vary slightly based on order volume, product complexity, or material availability. Any significant delays will be communicated via email.


Shipping Method

We currently offer free shipping on all orders.

  • Carrier: United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • Service: USPS Ground Advantage (or equivalent USPS ground service)
  • Tracking: Tracking information will be provided once your order ships

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • 3–7 business days within the United States

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. USPS transit times may vary based on location, weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Delays

3Dfy, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS or other carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs or government actions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Events outside our reasonable control

Once a package is handed off to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer, as outlined in our Terms of Service.


Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.
  • 3Dfy, LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us promptly.

  • Damage claims may require:
    • Clear photos of the product
    • Photos of the packaging and shipping materials
  • USPS claims may need to be filed and can take time to process
  • Do not discard any packaging or contents until the claim is resolved
